Window is open for Florida Prepaid college savings

April 14, 2022 – If saving for your child’s college or career training is one of your financial goals, the window to enroll in Florida Prepaid College Savings Plans is now open.

Florida 529 Prepaid Plans start at just $45 a month. The plans allow you to lock in tuition costs with a monthly payment now that never changes.

Various plans are offered, and regardless of what college costs in the future, Florida Prepaid covers you. If costs are less, you get a refund. If costs are more, they cover the difference – guaranteed.

Plans can be used for in-state and out-of-state tuition, and you can cancel at any time for a full refund (or transfer to another family member).

Florida Prepaid is also offering an incentive to enroll this year.  For every year of college purchased in a plan, you’ll earn $125 — up to $500 total.

You can only enroll during the enrollment window which will remain open through April 30.
