District offers mental health wellness tips for students, parents during season of Covid-19

April 7, 2020- Anxiety, stress and fear are just some of the reactions children and adults may face as they endure the Covid-19 season.

While these reactions are normal, they can eat away at our mental wellness says Director of Behavioral Health Katrina Taylor.

In the video above, Taylor offers several very simple tips to help students and families maintain their mental wellness including taking a break from news and social media, staying connected with others and getting plenty of sleep.
