Dec. 14, 2021 – A COVID-19 vaccination event for students will be held at Ribault High School this Friday, Dec. 17, from 2:30 to 5 p.m.
The event is for any student age 5 or older. A parent or legal guardian must accompany their children. A consent form, available at the event, will be required.
Ribault High School is located at 3701 Winton Dr. Jacksonville, FL 32208.
Employees Only
Also on Friday, Dec. 17, district employees can take advantage of two vaccination events for booster shots. Those locations are Mandarin High School and the district’s main administration building in the Cline Auditorium. Both will run from 2:30 to 5 p.m.
To receive a booster shot, employees must have received their second dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine at least six months ago or must have received Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine at least two months ago. Employees will be able to receive either the Moderna, Pfizer, or Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen booster.
Employees should bring a photo ID and their COVID-19 vaccination record.
